Cantoris’ first concert for the year, Requiem by Luigi Cherubini, will be a sublime start to its programme for 2017. The choir will be joined by a talented trio, of which includes its music director Thomas Nikora (pianio), Vivian Stephens (violin) and Lucy Gijsbers (cello) in a soaring performance of Anton Arensky’s Piano Trio No.1 in D minor, Op.32.

Cantoris will be performing John Rutter's Magnificat, as well as Chris Artley's O magnum Mysterium and Morten Lauridsen's Sure on This Shining Night. The choir will be joined by Barbara Paterson (Soprano).
